At Lore & Leaf, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policies.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Gift cards are non-returnable. You will be responsible for returning your item.

Your Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you generally have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting us at brenda@shoploreandleaf.com.
Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you must return the goods to us within 14 days.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused and unworn
- Be in their original packaging
- Be in a resalable condition
- Include any accessories, inserts or promotional items supplied with the product
Hygiene & Intimate Products
For hygiene and health protection reasons, certain products cannot be returned once opened, unsealed, worn or used.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Period underwear
- Period swimwear
- Menstrual discs
- Intimate care products
- Wipes and similar hygiene products
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the value of the goods has been diminished through handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit.
